Have had our 2024 23LDE 4 months. The 2 large drawers inside the kitchen door are nice, but the rails/drawer glides are falling apart! Opened the top drawer and the strip of ball bearings fell out and I'm not able to get them back in. Would rather just replace the rails top and bottom with something more sturdy. Anyone know of drawer glides for this set of drawers? Links to something on Amazon that works well as replacement rails? Disappointed in the quality. :(

If it is an installation issue that is causing the problem you could try calling Grand Design and see if they would send you replacement hardware. I have had good luck with similar issues going this route.
Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum. I had some similar issues with drawer rails. It took some patience but with research on YouTube and just looking it over, I figured out how to get the rails back in. It was an installation issue, someone had been in a hurry and hadn't secured the rails properly. I used sturdier hardware and a bit of glue and (fingers crossed) the drawer has been fine ever since.

The bottoms of those drawers fell out on our on our first trip out after purchase. Warranty work was done...basically they snapped them back into the groove. And, they fell out again....I took them out and re-enforced them from below.

You have basically 2 options.....1) call GD customer service and explain your issue. Most likely they will either refer you to your dealership OR agree to send you some new glides. 2) remove your glides and take them to Home Depot/Lowes/ACE and get replacements to install on your own. All you have to do is measure either your drawer length or your glide to get the measurement for your replacements.

Either way, good luck!

Thanks. Good to know this has happened to others. I've purchased a new set of rails and will install this weekend; I will also be reinforcing the bottom of this drawer while I'm at it. While it's a warranty thing, I still would rather know I resolved it to my own satisfaction and it will stand up to use/abuse for years to come. Those drawers are too convenient to serve as "catch alls".

We have similar setup. Fellow Tundra owner here also. :)

Go Tundra....pull that thing!

We have done quite a few modifications on the rig and a few more this coming summer. You can follow us on instagram to see what we have done so far to include the drawer supports at NoWrongExit.

Good luck and enjoy the rig....it is a great layout!

I replaced mine on my 303RLS because the drawer under the television slid out and the drawer fell to the floor on my first trip out from Omaha to AZ. I replaced them with heavy duty slides (https://www.lowes.com/pd/RELIABILT-...e-Mount-Ball-Bearing-Drawer-Slides/5014522853) and installed two magnetic catches on each drawer. Careful of the bearings. Make sure you get them all up with a magnetic or they will catch under the slide and gouge your linoleum Floor.

Ditto. Has one drawer sagging and popping out from cabinet.

Took it out. Left slide rail not connected. Main center support is 1/2 thick piece of pine. One screw in main support so swats. GD tooo cheap to put a couple screw in to keep level. I used bubble level and added screws to stop sway.

Also bought metal straps to bolster support.

Separate issue was bathroom door was sagging after bouncy trip through Oklahoma city. The railing had screws in every 3rd hole. Ours is imagine 2600RB so the rough roads did it.

Put screws in EVERY hole. And plan to put pool noodles under door for support.
