261bh toilet question and lower bunk

I have a leaking valve on the toilet so it’s filling the bowl to overflow if you don’t keep an eye on it. Does anyone know what model toilet they used in a 2021 261bh?

I was wanting to remove our lower bunk as well to make room for our puppy cage, I was wondering if anyone has done this and knows of pitfalls
