Hello all! Anyone mod their kitchen light to include a ceiling fan (like a fandolier)? We've only had the unit out 3 times so far (we just bought 30 April) and we wished we had a ceiling fan of some sort each of those times.

Thanks...

What would you power it with? I found no fandeliers with a 12-volt DC power supply.

Unsure about how I'd power a fan in that spot. Kinda why I was asking what others were doing, maybe a starting point for my search. Heck, I don't even know if it's feasible to put a fan up there (power as you mentioned, structural integrity of the mount, etc.). Just seems like a good spot for a fan of some sort.

It might be a lot easier to just get floor fan, a small shelf fan, or a Dyson Cool Tower rather than fiddle with that whole ceiling assembly. Our previous RV had a ceiling fan in the bedroom that we thoroughly enjoyed; so we use a small table top fan when we want some air movement.

You might be able to tap into one of the Acs 120v supplies through the ceiling if remove all that trim work GD installed over the sink and explore.

Make sure whatever you try to put up has clearance for the fan blades when the slides are in.

Saw more than one with broken fan blades because no one checked clearances before hanging one where it shouldn't be.....
