We just brought home our brand new 2022 320MKS and we had the AC unit running all night. It's dripping water into the RV drop by drop. Any recommendations? I will be calling the dealer today. My only thought is I'm new to this 5th wheel and would the leveling be an issue? I auto leveled it and checked it a few times, the bubble a little off by not much.

It likely froze up

Levelling won’t cause this

Can I just let it unfreeze and go down the road? I did have it pretty low, 60's, for a long while. Used to do that in the imagine and it never did this.

Yes you should shut it down. But why is it freezing?

I would be up on the roof removing the cover and seeing what is going on
Is it froze?
Drain line issue?

I heard the ice falling off after I turned it off and put the fan on. We had pouring rain last night, I wonder if that was the issue with the pan not draining fast enough and the thing freezing.

Could be I suppose

Once they start to freeze it snowballs pretty quick

If you don’t mind being up on the roof the next time you run it would be good to see what is going on with the drain

Thanks! I will do that. I like to learn how to do these things myself. Thanks for the help!

Once you get the cover off check the condensate drain pan under the evaporator coil ( the one forward in the unit ). It needs to be clear of debris as well as any channel or hose leading condensate away to drain off onto the roof. If it's blocked obviously water will build and spill over.
Also check the intake filter screens are clean. They are inside on the ceiling panel of the unit. They do require regular cleaning and will slow air flow if clogged. Another thing is to try the A?C airflow mod: https://www.mygrandrv.com/forum/showthread.php/30853-Air-Conditioning-Mod?p=305379#post305379
