We just picked up our reflection 323bhs and noted that the entry door was sticking at the top left corner. I was notified by the the dealership that it was sticking only because the trailer was not level in the parking lot. During our PDI the door appeared to be functioning properly. We loaded the trailer and went to the local campsite for our shake down. After leveling the trailer and unhooking, I noted that the door would not close. It was sticking at the top left corner again. I noted that the door hinges are attached with a pop type rivots and do not appear to be adjustable. We hooked back up and after several attempts of leveling the trailer we got the door to close. It is not truly level but raised one of the front landing gear legs higher than the other just to get the door to close. I am assuming that even if the trailer is not completely level the door should close without issue? I would understand if the trailer was 8 inches from level but it was fairly level and had to make it unlevel to close. Any suggestions would be helpful, as the dealer said they could look at the trailer next week!! Other than this issue and the dad player not willing to load a dvd, we love the trailer!!
