I am wondering where the overflow pipes are on my freshwater tank. I was sanitizing my freshwater sister and overfilled the fresh tank. After this I noticed water coming from under the front pass through wall. I have checked all the connections behind the nautilus panel and ran the water pump but nothing seems to be leaking.

Could over filling the fresh tank spray water up into this area?

The only thing I haven’t recreated is putting the bleach solution into the fresh tank.

Any ideas will help.

The connections on the Nautilus panel aren't the only things back there. I've had leaks from a cracked check valve/inlet on the hot water tank, a low point drain valve and several other places. If it only happens while you're filling the fresh tank for flushing the black tank, it might be a cracked inlet on the Nautilus panel for one of those two that only leaks when it has pressure on it. Finally, if the back-flow preventer/vacuum breaker for the black tank fails, it also leaks into the basement. (Been there, done that on all of these...)
