3540 GK-R mega floor squeaks

Does anyone have excessive floor squeaking? Mine squeaks in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen between the island and pantry and in front of the recliners?

Does anyone have excessive floor squeaking? Mine squeaks in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen between the island and pantry and in front of the recliners?

I also have a 3540 (GK, not GK-R), but have no such squeaking anywhere. Mine is a 2021, assume yours is too since the 3540 is a new model. In case it sheds any light, mine was built in June 2020 and we purchased it in Jan 2021.

The floor in my bedroom (right in front of the bed) squeaks. It's really more of a creak/popping noise, but it's very irritating. It is scheduled to go in to the dealer on Oct 1 to get fixed along with a very wobbly island.

Mine went in to the dealer for the squeaks and floor movement( popping) Grand design said that was normal... I guess I will have to deal with it myself...

Has anyone ever tried construction glue shot in between the floor boards to stop the movement?

No, but I am planning to try that next. Shims were only a temporary fix

Unless your trailer is different than all the others the floor is lino on top of t&g plywood
