369rl self leveling system needs reset....help

Have a 2017 369RL that is out of level. Set for self leveling, says it's successful, but on checking the floor in three places it is clearly out of level. I followed the manual, but discovered that the front jacks can not be operated independently as stated in the manual. The unit is twisted, with the left front being lower than the middle and the rear. This is causing the entrance door, and the bedroom to fail to close properly. Checked with others in the park with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try placing blocks under the low side in front and retract until the twist is out. We have a 2014 and the frame seems to be constructed so that it will not twist.
Try retracting rear jacks and then try to hit left or right to twist.
If you can manually level the unit try resetting the control unit. I can forward instructions from the manual if needed. Page 49 of the LCI master manual.
