375RE auto level error code

Error code issue with 2018 375RE. We went to hook up yesterday and tried to raise the hydraulic legs after coupling up our truck. Discovered the auto leveling system had an error code so system was inoperable from the controls located on door of side compartment. I knew that I had to cancel the error code from inside the RV on the master controller. RV parked to our door side had encroached on our space and I could not fold out the steps mounted in our doorway. Only solution at the moment was to use a short step ladder to try and climb over to gain access - Not a pretty sight watching a 76 yr old somewhat out of shape and flexibility accomplish this. But I succeeded and was able to open the slide far enough to get access to the master panel - reset the error code, retracted the levelers and had my wife pull the unit far enough ahead to be able to lower the steps....Understandably, I wish to eliminate the possibility of a reoccurrence, is there a way to cancel an error code from the outside controller or do I have relocate the master control for the leveling system to an exterior location ? Any ideas are welcome!!

Hi there, welcome to the forum. Do you have control of your leveler via an app? Could that be an option for resetting the controller?

I installed a "real" 12V master switch in the front (generator) compartment. I'll bet that would reboot everything.

Good point, disconnecting the power should reset the controller.

I installed a "real" 12V master switch in the front (generator) compartment. I'll bet that would reboot everything.

Thanks for the idea - that will be my next project - if it happens again before I get a master switch installed, I'll try disconnecting the batteries as a quick fix. Our solitude does not have a "smart hub" so no go on phone app -
