378MBS Bunkhouse Ladder Suggestions

Hi folks.
We are struggling with our 11 year old getting to the top bunk in our 378MBS. The camper didn't come with a ladder and the dealership was zero help when we asked them to help us find one.

Have any of you found a solution for this?

You can probably get one from Grand Design, or order an aftermarket ladder online. Personally I would go with aftermarket because you can get an aluminum one, which would be much lighter than OEM.

By the way, when I asked GD about an OEM ladder, they told me the 378MBS did not come with a ladder.
