381M Onecontrol fuel levels bouncing around

I have a 2021 381M and both my fuel tank gauges on my onecontrol just constantly bounce around between empty-2/3rds. I will try to upload a video onto youtube and post it here. The gauge in the fuel station compartment works properly and shows a consistent level. The trailer is level and no one is moving when this is happening. It is a constant issue not intermittent. I reached out to GD and they want me to have a technician come out which seems like a waste. Has anyone experienced something like this? Maybe this is a lose wire or something somewhere?

Hoping someone can at least point me in the right direction. Where is the brain for this unit so I can check connections?

I can't help but can tell you that today before I pumped the old fuel out of the toy tank it measured full on the outside gauge but there was only about 15 gallons of fuel in it. I did not know I could see this info on Once control.
