We have found the hole to insert the crank to lower the tire but cannot find the actual crank. The manual does not indicate where it is stored. One Google search mentioned that it is in the front bin but ours is not. Perhaps because we have a generator in the front bin? Any tips on where this is stored?

Ours was just sitting in the pass thru on the floor - no formal place for it that I know of. I'd check back with your dealer.
