I have damage on the bottom left side under the fireplace. I belive the slide may be misaligned? I see the support underneath seems crooked? Thoughts?

It's hard to see exactly what is going on under there from the pics, but I would check for cracks/broken welds on all of the metal support/adjusting mechanisms. There is definitely something wrong/loose/broken welds/???

yep - hard to see much in the photos other than wood damage. Maybe get some better shots of where the slide mechanism connects, close ups, various angles would help.

Here are more pictures. Notice the mark on the rack.

Looks to me like the weld is broken on the bracket that is on the slide. The plate that the slide ramp connects to look crooked because of the broken weld.

Kind of what I thought as well although doesn't look like there was ever much of a weld. Taking it to my repair shop next week.

Most likely the reason that it failed....poor quality weld and lack of a full weld bead all the way around the mating pieces.

RV repair shop from looking at the pics agrees that the weld let go. Poor workmanship or something got caught un the slide. They have fixed the same issue before. Waiting to hear from the dealer if this is covered under warranty but since it's 4 years old and I'm the second owner I assume not.

Yea, I wouldn't be holding my breath waiting for a positive answer on that one. Sorry to hear that, but hopefully it will be an easy fix.
