397TH Signal booster location.

When hooking up cable we get bad signal so was going to turn off the Air Signal booster, except I can't find it. Brought the unit in this week to the dealer for our warranty service and they can't find it either. Anyone located theirs?

Interesting. Nothing on the ceiling anywhere nor by the bedroom tv outlets. We are starting to think that the switch never got installed.

That was the second place we checked after behind the bedroom tv. Think I will pull the wall plates at both locations and see if there is something behind them.

It's still at the dealer for warranty and may be for another 4 weeks Arghhhh. Anyway they are going to call GD as they are convinced it never got installed. I'll advise when I find out.

Mine is located under the living room tv... right above the fireplace there's a remote control alcove. Spent 3 hours searching for it.

That's where ours is also on our 2021 397, on right side when facing tv. In the bedroom ceiling near door is the cover plate for the Winegard 360 wifi thingy
