has anyone had this happen, we just went out to move our 5th wheel and no go. The LED board to operate the jacks does not work. would appreciate any suggestions. Have already changed out the batteries.

look for a fuse along the wiring to power the unit or your battery could be low on power. I have to remove it and then connect it again to make sure that all the pins are okay, behind the LED dispaly is where the pins are located. fuse 1st, battery 2nd display last.
