I post this week something about my inverter prep and your help was very good!

Now i have another problem. I taked my 2970RL 2023 brand new at the dealer succursal 12 days ago. When i finished the connections of my inverter, i saw a change of color on the floor. I checked with my moisture tester and boum 100% 1 square foot just between the corner and the front left slide out. I continue to explore the floor and i found 3 others spots over than 70%.

It mean i have a wet trailer?????????????????

I have some questions.

Is the dealer responsible of this?
Could i ask to change the trailer for 2025 version? i will pay the difference?
Could i ask a compensation for all the problem?
I found some zone of my roof at 40% of humidity, is-it normal?

Thank's to help me again, i'm discouraged!

It's not clear if you bought a new or used trailer. If it was udsed you might not have any luck but if it was a new old stock your warranty should come into play

The trailer is unused. completelay new.

You might want take it to the dealer and start a warranty claim and have all the water systems inspected to find the cause. Check for signs of water in all cabinets, both upper and lower as well. To have it swapped for a different trailer likely won't happen unless you have one he'll of a dealer
