A/C Unit went down on Thursday.

Well after a year we finally have an issue with our Solitude. Just out of warranty two weeks and the A/C unit in the living area makes a rattling sound like a screw came out and started tumbling in the fan. Sound stopped and so did the cooling. Shut the unit down and have a tech coming out on Monday to see what is wrong with it. Hope it is something simple like a set screw coming out of the blower fan.

You should still have warranty on the a/c unit from the manufacturer.

Most appliances have more than 1 year.

Our air in our Solitude 305RE has a 2 year warranty.
We've had issues with the living room air since we purchased the Unit. The compressor kicks on, but doesn't blow cold air. It blows...but just air (tho not hot air). Anyway, we're taking ours back for a second repair. Hopefully, this is the last time! It was covered by Dometic's warranty.

Thanks all for the feedback. I stopped by the dealer and he informed me that mine has a two year warranty also. I had purchased an extended warranty for 7 years also and would be covered by it if needed. I left it off over the weekend and Monday turned it back on and it was working fine. Don't know what happened but as long as it is working I am going to let it run.
