A gunter and goaner roller shade!!!

We have a 2021 GD Reflection 303rls. Just getting it ready to roll and I opened up the shades and the big one by the dining table went real slow and by the sound it was telling me that it didn't want to do that. It finally rolled up, but nothing like the others. Anyone else experience this and/or has a solution for me? Thanks!

Or it could be on it's way out...just found our second one to fail since new. Now looking into a spring replacement.
BTW, this one is a least a foot too long, so I'll probably shorten it also.

Oh, and OP...you lost a couple of R's along the way in your title, lol
