Great 3 day PDI by Coachlight RV in Carthage MO.

Day one: Arrive at Coachlight RV site, paid for, by Coachlight from Wednesday to Sunday, after close of business 6pm Wednesday.
New purchase is on site and totally set up to include water electric and sewer, along with my trade fifth parked door to door for transfer of goods. Ac going, both tv's on and volume down, music going on all speakers, fire place lite but not on heat, all lights on. It was awesome. Imagine walking into your new home for the first time and just feeling. Yup! we surely did make the right decision. After doing our ah!" were home", commenced to do our transfer of goods, Wife doing the inside, me doing the outside. Dark, late and tired, commenced to showering and a little relaxing before bed.

Day two: Sleep in till 7:30 wife cooks breakfast using the stove, oven and microwave (intentional to test equipment). While she is doing this, i am checking the outside. So we did SOME checking but wanted to coordinate the PDI schedule. With the dealership 1 minute walk away, arrive to dealership to schedule PDI. "When ever your ready". Off we go with the service tech who is assigned to us for the next 2 working days (The dealership recommended 3). Not new to RVing, we knew how most worked but some things we needed training as it new to us, especially the auto-leveling. Tech explained and answered all our questions and concerns and than off for tools to do minor repairs or adjustments that we found. Upon completion stated I am here and assigned to you for the next two days so if you need anything just let me know. To make this short, all went well and on to day Three.

Day Three: Had more questions and answered appropriately. A few other very small items we found since the last days visit fixed with a smile. Different tech now arrives to adjust my hitch for the correct height and position for the new fifth. Again, ALL is well. Off for some shopping for items in the new home. ALL is good.

Day 4: It's Saturday, all techs are gone. SHOOT, we found one small inch of trim on the slide coming loose the night before. AHH!, not all, So the tech looks at it, recommends we bring it to the shop so he can use an air gun instead of a standard hand gun for better quality results and offers to come in on Sunday to do this as we depart so we do not have to disconnect from site. No way was i going to have him come in on Sunday for this. I chose to disconnect from site and take to shop. Everything resolved, time to relax, out to dinner to celebrate and return to enjoy a movie on DVD.

Day5: Depart Sunday, smile on our face, New toy in tow, and happy as can be.

The bottom line: WE are happy with our 375re Solitude. Very pleased with the service we received for the PDI from Coachlight RV. A big thank you goes out to Sales, service, parts, and everyone else for making this a great PDI. Coachlight RV in Carthage MO is a great representive for the Grand Design product. I would also like to thank Grand Design for making customer service a number one priority.

One small addition: Coachlight Campgrounds Carthage Mo. If you are ever in the area and want to spend the night, this is the place. This was my second stay here as the first was a weekend we had them look at our fifth for trade and decide if this was the Rv of our choosing (At dealerships expense). Back to the campgrounds. HIghly recommend! Hosts are fantastic, campgrounds very clean, and the the service WOW! the one host has teenage or maybe slightly older daughters that work there also. I must say, the most respectful and courteous teens I have seen in a very, very, very, looong time. Yes (I'm an older gentleman). All the hosts are fantastic, but these two teenagers stood out, mostly because, you just do not see that kind of professionalism and respect coming from
todays teenagers. Bottom line. You will not regret staying at this park.

Racerx, that's where we bought our reflection last year - did business with Doug (the son of the owner), we have stopped there everytime we are near. Mike, Tabitha, and Tess are the hosts and you are correct they have always been helpful and polite. Congrats on your new purchase!
