my AC is leaking during hard downpouring rain. 1st time ever. It has done it 2 days in a row; enough of a leak that I had about 2 cups of water caught after it had gotten the bed wet. I bought our 2021 new, GD reflection 303rls; bedroom and LF AC factory installed. I don't know what to check when I go up on the roof.

I suspect the foam seal between the A/C unit and the roof. I believe you can tighten down the 4 mounting bolts a bit tighter to sandwich the foam a bit tighter.

I'm no RV tech and there are plenty of smart people here to listen to.

I would removed the grill and snug the ac down , If it is a furrion the torque specs were imo very light, inch pounds as I had to go buy a new torque wrench to do the job. check your manual for the exact number.

There is also a catch pan for the condensate, if the drain holes get clogged with debris, they can overflow and run inside.
