Access to cable splitter

We have a 2016 Reflection 317 RST, TV in living room has had problems with clarity, we’ve replaced cable between tv and wall unit above, but have determined that there is another splitter behind wall where cables from basement ( for satellite and Cable/antenna connects to and splits to tv in living room and outside tv. There is no access to this splitter and we believe it is lose and needs to be tightened. We are about to remove the whole tv and mount and panel behind Tv to hopefully gain access to this splitter. Why would grand design have a splitter behind the wall with absolutely no access to ,which has a potential of loosening, I cannot figure out.

I've seen this splitter in mine. It sits a ways below the DVD/Radio inside the wall behind the television.
No easy way to get to it. I had cut out the wood the the DVD/Radio mounts in and was able to get to it.
