That really makes me wonder. If you buy an RV, it usually is to travel. And if the dang thing breaks down on an RV trip, you should be able to go to any dealer and get it fixed and resume your trip. This is enough to make a person consider other brands that have dealers that will actually help you. If there is any....I can understand a non-selling dealer turning away warranty work as I'm sure it pays less than regular service work. Are you saying you paid this out of pocket difference at a dealer you did not purchase from? Was GD aware of this additional expense?
