Adding self-leveling to Momentum 28G

Hi All,

Still waiting for the trailer to arrive but started thinking about leveling (and how much a pain all the manual 'systems' used would be). So, did some searching and ran across this:

However, it says it's only compatible with I-beam frame construction. I vaguely remember looking under a 2023 that had been sitting in the lot for a while but all I really remember was the rust and what I'd have to do to deal with that.

Does anyone know if this system would be compatible with a 28G ?

Ok,

I'll add some information - this link seems to indicate that all G-Class Momentums have I-beam frames:

I then asked a buddy of mine, who just this week bought a 2022 21G, to check his and he said for sure that the side, front to back, 'rails' were definitely I-beam. So, it seems that any G-Class Momentum is auto-level ready (at least the referenced Lippert one above). And, I'd hazard a guess, any other lifting mechanisms (separate scissor jacks anyone?) to level side to side would be fine as well.

Equalizer in Elkhart has a shop to install thier system. We had this done to our other 5er and now that we have a Lippert hydraulic leveler I can say Lippert to me isn't near as good

Good info, when (if) I go to make this upgrade to my G-Class I'll surely look into options other than Lippert.

Thanks for the info on the EQ systems levellers. Odd that they don’t use the tongue jack at all but I guess with 6 jacks they don’t need to.
