We have a 2021 Reflection 295 rl with 2 slide toppers installed at the dealer. The one on the back side is tighter than the front one. We were in a good bit of rain last week and what made me notice was when retracting the slide room the front one had a bunch of water pouring off and the rear one didn't. So my question is how do you tighten it up or should I contact my dealer to get it tightened or what? Thanks in advance for any help.

It's possible it's loose, but if it's quite a bit longer than the other one, it could be just the way it will work. They can be tightened up a bit
and it's also possible the dealer didn't get the tension right to begin with. OTOH you don't want them too tight either. On our previous trailer
the long living room slide topper was not as taut as the bedroom and kitchen toppers, but it was about twice as long.

You can contact your dealer, but my guess is you will get the response that it's fine that way. Tough call to decide since it doesn't really
hurt anything if it's a bit loose. The only downside is it may flap more in the wind.

I have the similar configuration as you on my Imagine 2970RL. Mine does the same thing. Water pools on the door side topper but nothing on the back side.

On the back side topper the Schwintek slide does not extend as far and the angle of the topper is greater than the door side topper. The kitchen slide is shorter height and creates a greater angle on that side.

On the door side topper it extends much further and is a taller slide so there isn't much of an an angle for water runoff. If it rains I always have pooling on that topper. That is just the way it is.

We do a couple of things. If I know there is water on it and we are breaking camp I will raise the jacks and then raise the tongue to help the water run off the back. Another thing is that the DW (in charge of slides) will bring that slide in slowly and incrementally. Stopping to allow the water to run off the back. When she does this it creates more slack in the topper and the water will run off the back.

So that is our process. As for water on the door side topper, that's the way it is. Others have ways such as putting blow up things under the topper. We have found out way works for us and doesn't add additional work of add stuff under the topper.
