Air Conditioner is leaking water from filter area & dump vent

There's a more detailed thread I posted a couple weeks ago about this issue. Long story short....remove and clean the intake filter.

That may not fix the issue , I have had this problem with many units over the years in very humid weather. The best advice I have gotten is to make sure your rig is not exactly level so the water drains away.

I had a tech tell me that the A/C fan must ALWAYS be run on high, especially in humid weather. His advise was to never use any fan setting in A/C mode other than high as condinsation will seep back into the inside and drip out the ceiling unit. I am not an expert, just passing on his comments.

Ive heard some whoppers in my day, this one ranks right up there with them.

If condensate drips back out its not the fan setting, most likely a clogged condensate drain or broken condensate drain pan.
