Our thermostat stopped reading correctly. Not all the lines of the numbers are showing nor are the heat, cool, fan info. Suggestions??

You may need a replacement. Which coach do you have?

Do you mean like this? Going to sound funny, but this was our bedroom T-stat on delivery. I agree with @Soundsailor that you need a new one. I happened to push the outer frame in a couple of times and it's been fine for 3 years - I think the LCD just needed a little TLC.
