We purchased our Reflection 303RLS in April 2014. We love it! There were a few issued that needed to be addressed, so after speaking with Repair Center in Indiana, we decided to take a trip across country, stopping in Middlebury at the factory repair center, to have these issues addressed. We had to leave the 5th wheel there for several days. I cannot say enough good things about everyone working at the facility. All of the issues were taken care of and we have not had any problems since. We would like to thank everyone at Grand Design for all of their service. When we left Indiana we continued on to the East Coast, down through the Southern States and back to Arizona, covering 6200 miles! What a great trip in our beautiful "home on wheels!"

Welcome to the Forum! My Reflection is at the repair center right now. I dropped in to visit it last week, and I have to agree with you. What great folks they have working there.

We tow with a 2500hd gmc diesel, does a great job
