All water going into Solitude 360 flows right back out the overflow drains.

Sounds like you have the valves turned in the wrong direction....or a valve has failed.

Those aren't "overflow" drains - they are the low point drains. The OEM valves are cheap and readily fail. If you have water flowing out of them and they are set correctly, the valves need to be replaced.

If those are indeed your low point drains from the picture you posted it shows they are in the open position. Turn the handles down and they will be closed and no water should flow out.
