Sounds like you have the valves turned in the wrong direction....or a valve has failed.I can fill the water tank but when pump is turned on the water flows out. When I hook up to city water the water flows right back out. I really need help knowing what to fix or replace.
Valves correct, going to check each valve today.Sounds like you have the valves turned in the wrong direction....or a valve has failed.
Could not find valves anywhere, not made anymore. Got some others and am going to try them out today. Those aren't "overflow" drains - they are the low point drains. The OEM valves are cheap and readily fail. If you have water flowing out of them and they are set correctly, the valves need to be replaced.

Have tried in all positions. Will try to replace today and post my findings. If those are indeed your low point drains from the picture you posted it shows they are in the open position. Turn the handles down and they will be closed and no water should flow out.
I ordered a washing machine outlet box and used the two high-quality brass valves from that:Could not find valves anywhere, not made anymore. Got some others and am going to try them out today.
