Another new Reflection 303RLS on the road

Just thought I would drop a note and thank Chris for maintaining this forum as well as letting folks know Grand Design has sold another Reflection 303. I have owned Jayco's, a Crossroads RV Cruiser and now a Grand Design. The reasons I change brands is because of layout, quality construction, customer service, and customer service. (Did I mention Customer Service ?) There was a day that CR had customer service as a priority and now Grand Design has the philosophy. I hope they never lose their focus and we are allowed to help the company grow.

My unit is number 645, sold by Youngblood's Capetown RV, Cape Girardeau, MO. (They are good folks with a great product) Hope we have many great days with the new Reflection.
Remember: RV's are a hobby!

Congrats! We picked ours up lat week and are already in love with it. The fit and finish is awesome. The customer service reminds me of Nordstroms. I hope the company never loses the philosophy that once was the norm for America.

Thanks for the responses. The only disappointment I found with the 303 was the living room ceiling exhaust fan - cheapest on the mkt. Before pickup I asked the dealer to change it out for a Create-A-Breeze with rain sensor & thermostat or equivalent. There are new (to me) components on/in the unit (ie: A/C, HW heater, Refrig) in relation to their systems design and seeing how they perform over time will be interesting. Since I enjoy working on RV's, I'll try not to tear this one apart to change something before it breaks ! Hope everyone has a wonderful week. Thank God for all the blessings He has given us.

Looking forward to bringing ours home, I am still waiting for the bed rails that fir the Ram 2500 with the factory 5th wheel prep, they have been on backorder since middle of May.I already traded our Lance just so the dealer couldn't back out of the deal.
