Any 417kb owners out there?!

It's so new, there aren't a whole lot out in the hands of owners yet.

Our stock one is going out to its new owners next week.

Looks like you're new here, welcome to the forum. That looks like a pretty sweet coach, the DW would love that kitchen. There are many experienced campers here on the forum, they've done many upgrades. What sort of changes were you thinking of?

I like the floor plan, and like it better than the 390RK because of adding the dinette. What you lose is underneath storage space. First upgrade may be in ways (right size bins or otherwise) to maximize storage in the basement. Interesting that the GD website says it sleeps 4, but that I assume should be 6 with the 2 tri-fold sofas.

Congrats on the upcoming purchase! I don’t own one, but I’ve heard good things about it. For upgrades, a lot of people go for better tires or a new suspension setup.

Nothing specifically. We had an Arctic Wolf before, so it’s our first time with Grand Design. I wasn’t sure if there was anything we should be on the lookout for, ie: common issues, faucets that break within a month, etc. ��

I thought the same thing! It’s definitely 6. This is similar to the layout we have in our Arctic Wolf- we chose it because it can sleep 6.

Thank you! We’ll definitely improve suspension immediately. That made the night-and-day difference in our current fifth wheel.

We have the 380FL for the same reason. Daughter and grandkids come with us often.
