They are a LT235/75r15 vs our ST225/75r15 but the width difference is only .4" and height is .3" so that shouldn't be a problem. Load capacity is 2830 lbs on my Westlakes

Load capacity is 2337 lbs on the Pirelli's which would be fine for my 29rs. With a GVWR of 10k and about 20% on the pin I would only need 8k capacity for the tires. As a matter of fact I think i have two 4000 lb axles.

Maxxis also has a BRAVO MA-751 series with the same specs if you have any feedback on that.

If considering Maxxis tires, why not stay with the 10 ply ST tire to retain the 2830 lb load rating rather than going to the 8 ply LT with a lower rating ?

LT tires have a way better reputation that ST tires. I have been on the Ford truck forums for over 10 years and don't remember many complaints about LT tire failure.

I think now I am leaning towards putting on 16" rims and going with the XPS Rib, Duravas or G614.
