Atwood a/c

Anybody have any negative experience with the Atwood a/c units ?

Not me so far. We've been very happy with ours. It cools so very well and is super quiet. Now, this is only with about 10 or 12 actual days of use. We have been on the road for 2 weeks in 80 - 90 degree weather and it has worked very well.

This was just a week or so ago in Death Valley. We came back from a morning of sightseeing. With our precious puppy in the trailer we were so pleasantly surprised after our last trailer that could barely achieve 8 or so degrees below outside temperature.

On recent trip to Gulf Coast (Florida and Mississippi) we encountered temps in the mid 80s with very high humidity due to frequent heavy rains. Atwood 13.5K unit cooled OK but struggled removing the humidity from the cabin. A second A/C unit is definitely needed in the south.
