Atwood Air Command Thermostat

Our Atwood Air Command furnace digital thermostat is malfunctioning. The set point is set but the stat will wait until the room temp is 5 -10 degrees colder to kick on and then stay on until the room is 5 - 10 degrees warmer than the set point to kick off. This makes for a pretty uncomfortable room and a very verbal wife. Does anyone else have this problem? (The stat-- not the wife.)

I can't find any literature on how to adjust.

Can't help you. Ours has a Dometic digital thermostat...don't know when they changed to Atwood. Has the A/C been changed to Atwood too?
