Auto level question, do I have a problem?

If not salemen showing the operation of RV, who does?

When we bought our RV, salesperson, did nothing more than pulled the resources together. Service Manager and Financial Manager together. Service manager for the options on the rig and the Finance guy for "The Sale".
After the sale, at time of picking up the unit, they have a Tech to show us the "Ins and Outs" of the trailer. The Tech DIDN'T KNOW SQUAT! He didn't know how to turn On the Refrigerator, didn't know where the breaker panel was, no idea of the Water Heater system, but he did know how to turn on and off the lights and operate the slides.

Back to the OP, I use auto level every time and never has my tire(s) been off the ground. I will, every once in a while, double check the level with a app on my phone.

The salesman job should know their product. He was the one who walked me through the rv and showed me how it worked.

Ive found on level ground it still raises the rv off the ground. It is easy to manually level it. I installed stick on bubble levelers and they work fine

Have you tried to reset your auto-level. After I reset my auto-level I never had anymore problems with wheels off the ground unless it was really an unlevel site. Also, after I reset the auto-level, if I manually need to level the rv, like when I am still hooked up to the truck, I use the manual mode and it tells me the side to side and front to back tilt and I level using that. Do more using bubbles or 4 foot levels.

A person who knows the operation of the unit, Service Manager perhaps. The salesman knows how to sell, he probably knows very little about the ins and outs of every trailer on his lot (except for huntr70 of course!).

I am not gonna broad brush paint sales people; good and bad out there for sure. Really posting here to chime in with kudos for huntr70 :hail:

I did a reset yesterday, will find out how it works in 3 weeks

Not sure why I do it, but when I switch from one mode to another, I turn OFF the leveling system.
Example: Arrive at the site, lower the front supports to unhook from the truck. Turn off the System. Then once the truck is clear, turn on the system and press auto level.
