We just purchased a 2025 315RLTS with auto leveling.
When I used the system the first time everything seem to work fine.
Later today I noticed one tire on the camp side slightly off the ground.
Is this normal? If not what is the best solution?
Never used an auto leveling system before.

It’s ok and occurs if you have a significantly unlevel site. Does the unit seem level? If not you may have zero point calibrate it. Electric or hydraulic?

I have seen the auto leveling lift tires off the ground a number of times. One thing I have read and actually observed is that if you start with a camper slightly nose down before hitting the auto leveling, it will less often go up too high.

Another thing to watch out for is if one side does get lifted too high, the spring hangers on one axle could flip and before you start rolling, you need to jack up (with a bottle jack) the non-flipped axle until the flipped hanger pops back.

What i do instead is lift the tire on the non flipped axle off the ground and put a board or two under it, then drop that side down and the it will flip back.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable, just manually lift that side a little higher, stick a board or two under it and drop it back down to level.

Personally, after (any) leveling, would never leave any tires off the ground. With all the frame issue testimonials, suspension weld cracks, and just the added surface contact of all tires on the ground during storms, we dont leave our rig that way when camping. IMO, always place support under any lifted "off the ground" tire.

Imo you should never lift the tires Might be okay in a big momentum or solitude but not in the light duty trailers

Block the wheels to get coach somewhat level and then use the levellers

I can almost guarantee you will have slide issues racking the body that much

Good luck

There is no need to unflip the hangers. They will do it automatically when you hitch up and leave. It will make some noise, but will not hurt anything.
I have done it hundreds of times.
This another ofen repeated internet myth.

I don't know about newer auto level systems, but on my 2021 Level Up on the Solitude, the instructions clearly say to have the nose ABOVE level before starting auto level. I had my unit go nuts once when it was started with the nose below level.

I would always get my Reflection 5th wheel mostly level with Andersen levelers beforehand, then do the automatic leveling. That always worked without lifting the tires off of the ground.
