I have a 350M that has the LED in the main awning and this pass weekend we were at the lake and a strip of 6 or 8 of them just went out and didn't come back on. Has anyone else had this issue? It isn't due it's first return to the dealer until late November or early December and I really don't want to wait that long to get them replaced. I lowered the awning as much as I could with the slide in and got up on a ladder and it doesn't look like it would be hard to replace them. We have the 350M and our Son and His Wife has the 385TH and we love them.

Unfortunately, that's just the nature of some led strips when they go bad. I've had terrible luck with LED rope lights doing the same thing. Contact GD and maybe they'll send you out a new one.

I had to replace mine for same reason. I don't even bother with GD over small stuff like that. I bought replacement from Carefree for $ 100 plus shipping. Easy job but removing old glue takes several hours of overhead work. If you can extend awning and back truck under awning, truck bed makes for a great work platform. 3M adhesive remover is the best I have found. It will be available from any auto paint store. Take your time surface must be 100% clean for new light to stick.
