Awning switch

I have a 2017 imagine. The awning will not extend. The manual shows a way to extend manually. My awning is different and may be the earlier version. The trailer was made in nov 2016.

Probably the most logical first step would be to use a meter and see if there is 12VDC coming to the switch. I don't know which terminal it would be on, but at least one of the several terminals will/should have the voltage. And remember, meter lead on frame ground or a known good ground wire, and the other lead on the terminals....one by one.
