Went out back to just look at everything in the rig, and relevel it - just because. Well, the Ground Control unit will not turn on. It does nothing at all. Check the battery disconnect to make sure that was not an issue. Slides all work, lights work but no joy on the Leveling system. Checked the battery, its good. Did a search here and found/saw that all of the rigs have the one control module in them - mine does. Decided to download the app. When I registered the app my phone slowed down. Now my Phone will not work, my leveling system won't work, and I'm ready to start drinking a beer, or two, maybe three....

That really sucks, have a beer on us... Hope you can remove the app, a while back talking to Emily she clued us in that the generalized Lippert app did not play nice with android so we never tried it. Hope you get it figured out without having to drink all your beers ..

This is one of the reasons we like having the manual old fashioned way of leveling.

Check for a fuse in the front basement area. Try disconnecting the battery to reset everything. I have android, and find that you need to have your phone location and wifi on for the LCI app to work.

Well, one out of two is working. I got the phone back on finally, but it removed my background picture, and shut off the wifi. All I had to do with the wifi was log back in. I'm sure there are other things I'll find. I did delete the app before I did anything else. I will have some beer tomorrow at my buddies camp. Thanks Marcy

I'll look for the fuse Tomorrow, or maybe Friday. Then the battery. I have to go to camp with my buddy tomorrow to do some work around camp. That will involve some of that beer I was talking about.

The more beer you have, the more likely you are to fix something.

Crack one open for me...

Got notice freight company damaged our shipment from GD we've been waiting for since November (parts shortage backorder). Can't wait to see how long it takes for a replacement to the replacement. Hoped to pull the camper back into the driveway to start dewinterizing so took the dually out for fuel. Was quickly greeted by the TPMS screaming the left rear inner was at ZERO psi. Found a 30d nail that went in the tread and out the sidewall of a tire with 10k on it. Today was not the day for the camper!

I always found that if whatever I was doing wasn't working was to get a bigger hammer.

I think your day went WAY worse than mine

I think this goes "The more beer you have, the more likely you are to think you fixed something."

Absolutely ZERO issues with Android. In fact, it works faster than the touchscreen.

I might try it again, just not the rest of this week. I have the Amish coming to scope out where I want the Carport/RV Cover. They gave me a decent price. Decided against a metal carport. Wouldn't look good in the back yard.

The price will scare you! Currently, lumber is still way, way up. If you can postpone till 2022 it should get back in line. My pole barn is mothballed till then as the cost doubled and then some.

I'd like to hear more about the beer!!!!

Well, I had a goodly amount of beer. Nothing got fixed....

Yeah because I burned a day of PTO too!

The bourbon found its way to the cube in my glass.

Luckily I'm retired so no more burning PTO. Bourbon might be the next step:cool:

I must not have had enough beer because I tried a couple of things and I know it didn't fix a darn thing. Maybe I'll try boilermakers next!!!

I'm pretty sure (knock wood) that nothing needs fixing on mine right now. However this thread has made me realize just how bad that bottle of Malibu rum at home needs some "tinkering" on tonight LOL! Thanks to all for the umm suggestion, cheers guys! :pound:
