Batteries not charging

I have a 2024 Imagine 2970rl and the battery will not charge via the solar panel nor shore power. The battery disconnect is good. When on shore power the battery shows 100%, when on battery shows low and the Furrion thermostat shows LO. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the Converter/Charger is good because of the 100% reading when you are on shore power, and the low reading when you are not. I would check the connections on the battery itself and you may want to pull the battery out and take it somewhere and have it tested.

Measure the voltage at the battery terminals with the converter off and on.
