On my bedroom window… the non slide side, I’ve got the emer exit window and regular frameless window side by side. At the bottom one overlaps the other just a hair. The problem here is one won’t open without the other. Currently I have it so the emer exit window will open with no obstruction. The problem with that is I have to open the emer window to open the other. Additionally there’s added pressure on that corner of the emer window when closed as it rests just a few millimeters on the regular window.

Is there an adjustment I’m not seeing? I’ve watched video on replacing windows to see how they come apart, but don’t really see an adjustment option. Beyond the obvious inconvenience my biggest concern is the pressure causing a shattered window situation. At the same time I’m trying to avoid 3 weeks waiting on the dealer to fix it as we’ve got a big trip soon.

Kind of makes me wonder if that window is skewed or twisted some how when they mounted it. I'm afraid I don't have any thoughts on how to check that.

How about a picture?

Here’s a pic. Can’t really see, but the bottom where the two meet is the issue. In the meantime, I opened both and brought them in together with the two panels touching and got them to both sit flush. Figure that's better than one flexing out at the corner when closed.

I’m about 3k miles into this trailer and really happy with it overall, but finding odd stuff like this now. Another odd one discovered last night as I touched up some dicor up top. There’s a perfect square patch of dicor all by itself. No vents. Nothing. Just dicor in a square. Not sure how I never saw that previously. That and my trailer suspension sounds like it’s 10 years old. None of my wet bolts will take grease. Which I’m guessing is why it’s all creaky to start with.
