Been Busy Modding

Unseasonably warm in Minnesota this weekend and looking at the mods gives me cabin fever....bad. Great ideas are going on my list too!

Thanks for sharing!

"Next was a simple double towel bar installed above the toilet." FYI, we use this in our house bathroom. Be advised if you hang a wet towel with a dry one, the dry one will pick up the moisture and become wet. Whoever takes the first shower has to take down both towels. Probably best to shower together. Just my 2 cents.

Here are some pictures of how I attached the sewer hose holder. I used some Stanley flat metal support brackets and pop riveted them to the fence post cover and then to the metal cover at the end of the Z frame rails.

Beautiful weather today for a few simple mods. Magnet door stop on garage door into living quarters. Carpet on steps up to bedroom. Screen door handles. Coat hooks in garage (bad weather mud room) new carpet runners in front of recliners. Not near as involved as your mods, but making it "ours". Now ready to hit the road.

How did you pull the night stand to get the wiring done?
Thanks
Ct..

This I think is the best upgrade. I installed a dual USB power outlet that is connected to the 12 volt power that is in the little shelf beside the bed. I took power off the switch for the mood lights in the headboard.

Made a 1600+ mile trip, some across I-10 in Louisiana, and all the mods I have done held up so far. The Knives stayed in place. The only thing I need to work on is the chest of drawers in the garage. They would not stay closed, but worked wonderfully to store the kids clothes for a week.

Having a toddler, maybe I can make a suggestion for your drawers. We have safety tabs inside the drawer on some of our furniture pieces to keep the little man from getting in to them. Maybe they'll help out for your situation.

Great mods. I like the USB outlet and key chain the best. First RV with double door fridge not sure I need fan. I am new 355 TH owner. Working on first of many modification. I put this on my last Toy Hauler and could not go without it. This one has been pain in the but requiring a lot of cutting and welding. Will post when finished.

Latest modification performed today was replacing the rota flex pin box with a Tri Glide air bagged pin box purchased from etrailer.

Had to mount it twice. First time I mounted it in the same holes as the rota flex and it was nose high so I had to move it up and now it is level.

Specularius
You do excellent work. What was main reason for replacing Rota-Flex. I have only hooked to mine a few times, but first impressions I do not like how it rolls back and changes angle when hooking up.
I did get this done on my 355
Thanks for your thoughts on Rota-Flex

I just wanted the air bag pin. I have heard so much good about it and figured I would give it a try. My previous fiver had a mor-Ryde pin. It never make any noise but it allowed movement both fore and aft as well as side to side. The rota-flex only allows movement for and aft. Nothing I disliked about it, just wanted better.

It has been a while but today after stuffing myself on smoked turkey, I installed an access port to the "Kant-Leak". I used a 8 inch deck plate from TH marine.

I installed it in the wall in the basement next to the utility center.

This is the view through the port.

And this is what it looks like sealed up.
