Howdy all, looking to find a good navigation app for my truck/camper combo, need to avoid the usual travel barriers (low bridges, covered bridges, impassible roads, etc) but don't really need campground linkage or rec's. Mostly road awareness and routing. Appreciate any suggestions!

We use Sygic. Been working well for us for years. No campground specific recommendation, just a route on how to get from A to B. And you can make adjustments to what it suggests, if you know of something you'd like to stop at enroute.

We looked at cell phone apps, till we were out of coverage. We got the Garmin RV 890. After using it for around 60 campgrounds, it has led us astray three times. One was dirt road, one was a VERY narrow road and last week we put in "Loyd Park" instead of "Loyd Park Campground". BIG difference; it put us on a dead end where there was a locked gate into park. I put tickets into Garmin for the dirt roads and was not impressed with their response. We use Garmin for all navigation (not planning) and have google maps on our dash screen as it helps with traffic problem. We use RV Life Trip Wizard for all planning.
