Black and white picture

Furrion 3100 and JCL tv. Black and white picture. Any ideas on how to fix ?

Hi Jim,

Has this changed recently or like this from new ? We had a similar situation from new that I sorted out by moving connections to the TV to their proper locations.

Rob, from new (picked trailer up yesterday ). Only when playing dvd though gonna check connections tomorrow but thought I would check first if maybe setting somewhere either on tv or furrion.

My 337 is about 15 months old, and I'd never tried the DVD player. My grand-daughter wanted to watch a movie a few weeks ago, and I couldn't figure out why it only played in black and white. I'll be following this thread to see how this is resolved. I'm not too concerned about it anyway. Most of our movies are Blu-ray, and we just installed a second player to watch them.

So, tried switching cables on both the tv and the DVDs but don't make a dif so put back to where they were and when I tried again ... Colour ! Only thing I can think is that maybe one of connections wasn't fully seated.

On our Furrion TV we get black and white on one input and color on another. Use it often enough to not be able to remember which one to use, so we keep changing until we find right one.

Hi Jim,

I can't say that I didn't do the same thing . . . I switched connection around on the TV until a colour picture appeared . . . I might have ended up back where I started, but fixed a loose connection in the process.
