Blowing fuses

Auto level system blows a fuse every few weeks while it is sitting on my slab at home. I hear a little pop when I replace the fuse so there is current coming from somewhere. It has never blown a fuse while operating the levels system it is always when I get ready to hook up or like today going to clean the level system legs to see if it stops the popping.

Good lord this brand new camper is a POS. Now showing low voltage trying to operate jacks. I am plugged into 50 amp shore power.

I hooked up battery charger to battery and let it charge. I either have a faulty battery or inverter. Interstate batteries are generally crap.

Doesn't sound like your PDI went well but I certainly wouldn't say it is a POS! Give your dealer and Grand Design the opportunity to fix it. There are always small issues that will need adjusting. We have had our RV for two years and Grand Design has been fantastic!

It is definitely a beautiful rig but the issues I read on here and the ones I am having should not happen. Someone needs to take the industry by storm and build a quality functional rig.. Purchasing a 100K rig you should get top of the line. I am. not saying other brands are better I just know I am not off to a good start with this trailer.

Discovered that during PDI the battery disconnect switch was turned off and I was told it was on. That's the reason for all my 12volt issues. It's been off the whole 6 months I've owned it. I have never messed with it.

True test is coming. I will definitely report what happens. It's just frustrating to be out with family and friends with this big beautiful rig and stuff not work as it should.

Yes sir. I can't believe with all I described to everyone no one suggested to look at the disconnect. Lesson learned.

Well since that is SO obvious to check no one wanted to insult your intelligence by suggesting you check the disconnect. Lesson learned.

I'm gunna suggest you get to know you rig way better than you do before you do too much traveling in it. It will probably help your blood pressure also.

JCR I do but was told it was set correctly. I have had a crash course and know it inside and out. Always a smart ass on here.
