Booth Upgrade

I updated my U shaped Booth to a computer desk and table arrangement, but still working on the doors and drawers. It does give me more accessible storage and opens up the area a bit more.

Nice mod, it would be great to see GD utilize this type of dining/storage in one or 2 models.

To flip your pics do a small edit and save then replace them in the post.

I saved the files to my PC, used an editor to rotate and resave them, and uploaded them to your original post. It's a known quirk with the forum software.

PS: nice job on the mod!

We took inspiration from another booth mod post on the forum....

We originally had just pulled one side of the booth seating and put two chairs in there, but the stock table still made sitting there feel a lot cramped.

The wife had a great idea while I was building the table to add a middle leaf "T" so we could sit there and still play cards.

It looks great, the manufacturers should do something with that area, but what about the additional cost! Their having trouble just building a base unit right now.

Thanks! Wife has loved having the new setup to work on her bead crafting. I haven't sat there much, but we may need to get a card game going one night to test out the new leaf add-in .
