After just a couple of camping trips we realize that we bought the wrong floor plan for us. Love the camper, just not the layout. There are 3 adults, a child and 2 dogs in a 323bhs. We need more of the comfortable seating in the LR and a second bath is going to be a must. We spent yesterday shopping new campers and find the quality of other brands not as nice as grand design. The ones we found that we liked were all toy haulers, which is fine, but the weights are above our 3/4 ton. New truck and camper??? Yikes!!!

I would think the Floorplan you have is perfect for the people you describe. Your 323 has a nice size living room, along with a bunk house, is it the 2nd bathroom you need the most? Toyhaulers are nice, but if you are not hauling a golf cart or something similar it seems that the 323 is a great choice.

That's an expensive mistake, but we didn't know what we wanted until we spent time in a few. We're on our third camper. We previously had a bunk house, we have 2 boys. We found we didn't like it. We have a 303 now and love it.

We thought it was the right floor plan too, but it is not working out for us. When we try to watch tv, movie, game, etc... there is not enough comfortable seating for us to relax. The adult that sleeps in the BH is up and down all night to the bathroom which wakes us up in the front room. The steps up there are difficult for them due to the height of each step, esp at night, to the point we worry about a fall. These may seem like small things, but we were hoping camping would be relaxing and restful, but...

I suspect that if you'd ordered the 323BHS with the SuperSofa option, it'd better suit your needs. The SuperSofa is a wallhugger dual recliner love seat with a right hand wallhugger recliner and a left hand wallhugger recliner. It's 12' of the most comfortable seating you've ever seen--facing that 39" television. The only downside is that it comes with a table with folding legs in lieu of a dinette. My family is as comfortable eating off their laps or at a picnic table as they are eating in a dinette in a camper. The 323BHS fits 3 adults and 2 kids in our family--and they love their bunkhouse with a 39" television and blue ray player to watch their toons.

I think that would be great! It would address all of our needs for sure, just need to find a rich uncle or something :)
