Good afternoon. I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question. We're looking to purchase a lot or campground site for sale that has water, electric and sewer hopefully located in Tennesse or Kentucky. I saw a few with acreage but located in Florida or Arizona. Any help would be very much appreciated.

If it is allowed in the area of your choice I would go for the property and create your own little oasis in the mountains/hills . We have passed a few driving backroads and think it would be great.

You have to be little careful with zoning laws. There is a huge variation all across the country and a big distinction between temporary and permanent facilities. You also have to be careful about mobile home requirements, there are some old restrictions out there where communities have decided they don't want mobile homes around. Yes, I know RV's are not mobile homes, but not all code inspectors know the difference.
