Cabinet drawer slides

One of my cabinet drawer slides under the sink fell apart. I've got a rubber piece with little bearings on it that came out. It appears as though the drawer slide bent under pressure or bouncing down the road. The way it attaches in the back is not that secure.
I was looking at replacing the slide with something stronger that matches the current setup or go with what Grand Design put in and then secure that back better.
Does anyone have any links to drawer slides?

I tried that... ACE, Homedepot etc... It could just be where I live but what they sale does not fit nor can I find a replacement online. Hence, why I asked the forum.
