Carpet option for the garage

I purchased the carpet option that covers the garage floor. After the first use when I pulled it up I noticed a sandy residue underneath it. I think the bottom of the carpet is dry rotted causing the matting to leave the residue. Taking it in for our first warranty service next week for some very minor problems. The rug is on the list. We'll see what they say.
Anyone else notice this problem?

I don't have the momentum but I do have the bed rug in the back of my truck. It works great. It's made to get wet, you can wash it and rinse it out without having to take it out. It goes down with Velcro so if you do want to remove it it isn't a big deal.

That rug soon went to the garbage. Useless.

Didn't get a rug with my 2022 Momentum 351M-R. I bought this on sale from Costco and the 7ft-10in x 10ft is perfect for our garage.
