Cell phone charger plug

We just purchased a new Reflection 100 series 27Rl, we went camping last week and really enjoyed this rv the only thing is one cell phone charger port in the bedroom is not working, do the ports stay live all the time, or are they on a breaker.

They are going to be wired into your 12V someplace. Ours shares the 12V supply for the overhead reading lights. But yours may use a different source. Do you find any other 12V devices not working? That may be an indication of where it's fed from. You can check the fuses at the breaker box. Or, pull the USB port and see if it still has a good connection. Perhaps a wire got separated on installation.

Glad to hear you feel up to fixing it yourself. You'd think with all we pay for these coaches that they would just work when they're new, but that's not the typical experience. You're much better off rolling up your sleeves and fixing it yourself, than counting on your dealer (where the coach could sit for weeks).
